Wake up at Night Is deadly harmful

Almost all of us have to wake up at night sometimes for various needs in life.  Even if you get used to waking up at night or do not feel any difficulty, there are several negative aspects.

When you work at night, the rhythm of the body clock is disrupted, the normal process of the body is disrupted and the irreparable damage that results from this is long-term.  Researchers in the United Kingdom have found this information in a recent study.  BBC Online reported.

Researchers have found that people who work night shifts are more likely to be at risk for high blood pressure, heart disease and cancer. Researchers at the Sleep Research Center in the UK have found in a recent study that the disadvantages of working at night are observed at a deeper molecular level.  The amount of damage caused by waking up at night seemed surprising to researchers.

The researchers said that the human body has a natural rhythm or body clock whose rhythm is sleep at night and work during the day.  Waking up at night has been shown to have a profound effect on hormonal changes, changes in body temperature, mood and brain function.

Several studies have shown that when you wake up at night for a few days in a row, your body starts to break down.  As a result, all such diseases are pressed on the neck and life expectancy is reduced.

Not only that, but there is also the fear of having a sudden heart attack if you wake up at night with excessive eating and drinking.  So do not stay up at night to avoid this deadly damage to the body. Learn about some evils of waking up at night here:

Fear of mental problems

Studies have shown that people who wake up frequently at night are more likely to suffer from anxiety, depression etc.  Even who does not sleep at night has a tendency to commit suicide.

High blood pressure

Several studies have shown that if you do not sleep properly for 2-3 days in a row, there are some changes in the body that cause the blood pressure to rise.  if blood pressure is not brought under control quickly in such a situation, there is no doubt that the risk of serious damage to the body increases.

Mental Depression

Several studies in 2005 found that if you don’t get enough sleep day after day, the secretion of the Phil Good hormone in the brain gradually begins to decrease.  This naturally increases the risk of developing problems such as depression and anxiety.  So if you want to keep your mind strong in the midst of thousands of stress, You should do forget to compromise with sleep!

Decreased life expectancy

A study of nearly ten thousand British students found that those who slept for 5 hours or less almost die suddenly than the general population.  Sleep has a direct bearing on heart and brain health.  That’s why if you don’t sleep properly, the two most vital organs in the body start getting weak. Regular night waking is one of the reasons. if that happens, life expectancy will drop dramatically.

Dirt on the face

What has happened is that even after regular skin care, there are acne or black spots around the eyes.  Regular  waking at night may be one of the reasons.  This is the same reason for premature appearance of age marks and dry skin.

Decreased skin beauty

If you do not sleep properly day after day, the secretion of the stress hormone called cortisol starts to increase.  As a result, on the one hand, the mind-mood becomes irritable, and on the other hand, the level of collagen in the skin begins to decrease and beauty also decreases.

Severe Heart Damage

After multiple studies, there is no doubt that sleep has a direct bearing on heart health. So, doctors recommend sleeping at least 7-8 hours daily.  In fact, if you do not do this, the heart will gradually become weaker.  This naturally increases the risk of a heart attack.  At the same time, the risk of heart failure, irregular heartbeat and many other heart diseases also increased.

Decreased ability to make decisions

Multiple case studies have shown that months after months of sleep certain parts of the brain gradually become so tired that they cannot function properly.  This naturally reduces the ability to make the right decisions.  At the same time, the possibility of rapid career advancement also decreases.

Decreased libido

Doctors say that people need 7 to 8 hours of sleep at night so that their body and mind can function during the day.  Irregularities in sleep can reduce a person’s ability to work.  Even less sleep at night increases the chances of people making wrong decisions.

Finally, evolutionally, night is the best time for humans to sleep.  So it is better not to go against nature. One has to be aware of oneself first to avoid the ‘bad habit’ of staying up all night unnecessarily.  If someone has a habit of sleeping at five o’clock, he will not be able to sleep at 12 o’clock the next day if he wants to.  Gradually change the habit.  The first day is four, then the night is three, after a few days it is two … In this way you have to get into the habit of sleeping on time.
