Switch to Green Tea
Green tea contains a compound called catechin, which belly-fat crusaders restore metabolism by blasting belly fat, increasing fat excretion from fat cells, and then accelerating liver fat burning capacity. In a study by the American Physiological Society, participants who combined 4-5 cups of green habits a day increased their endurance by 24 percent, restoring weight loss.
Eating yolks
The Dietary Guidelines Advisory Committee has rejected their long-standing advice that we should limit dietary cholesterol. Decades of research have shown that it has very little effect on blood cholesterol levels and the benefits of eating eggs and shrimp and So go ahead and make an omelet-scumble with yolks. Eating whole eggs is good for your body because it contains fat-soluble vitamins, essential fatty acids, and metabolic nutrients, including choline – a powerful compound that attacks the genetic process that stimulates your body to store fat around your liver.
Fry Chinese garlic tofu
You’re going to put tofu in this dish with sticky soy on top of the garlic sauce if it doesn’t really have soy – it’s made with coconut aminos. Add tofu with bhaji or rice to complete your meal.

While the cauliflower is roasted, make the cheese sauce: butter, white onions, and garlic cloves on a skillet over medium heat. Saute until onions are translucent (é 3 minutes).
Add heavy cream, whipped cream cheese, salt, ranch seasoning (if you’re using it), and pepper to the skillet with onion, garlic, and butter. Reduce the heat to medium and continue cooking until the cream cheese is melted. Stir in 1.5 cups of cheese to finish the cheese sauce.
Mix the cheese sauce and fried cauliflower, then add it to a baking dish. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and roast for another 20 minutes or until the cauliflower is smooth. Baked cauliflower on top with sliced whipped cream, green parts of green onions, and crushed bacon.
Healthy Chicken Taco Soup
Heat a large pot over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the avocado or coconut oil. Next, add the peppers, onion, and garlic to the pot. Chop the onions for 3-4 minutes until they start to become translucent. Add chicken breast, canned tomatoes, coconut green chilies, spices, lime juice, and chicken broth to the pot. Stir until well combined. Bring the soup to a simmer and then reduce the heat to low. Let the soup simmer for 30 minutes or until the chicken is smooth and easily crumbled. Transfer the chicken breasts from the soup to a small bowl. Use two forks to cut the meat. Add the chicken back to the soup and stir until well combined. Serve the soup with fresh cilantro, diced red onion, and fresh lime juice. Enjoy!
The Caribbean steamed fish
Season the fish with lime juice, crushed garlic, black pepper, salt, and half of the thyme.
Add oil and butter to a large, wide heavy bottom pot over medium heat. When the butter melts, grate the carrots, red and green chilies and stir for about five minutes. Add the garlic cloves and pepper and cook for just a minute or two. Add water and bring to a boil. Add the fish to the pot. Spoon some vegetables over the fish. Add the okra and the rest of the thyme. Cover the pot and reduce the heat to low and cook for 15 minutes until the fish is done. Remove from heat and serve.
Peanut Crush Salad
Nope, there aren’t actual peanuts in this salad. Instead, it gets its crunch from veggies like chickpeas, cucumbers, and shredded carrots. There is a yummy peanut dressing you’ll prep using peanut butter though.
Chili Lime Bean Salad
Prepare the peanut sauce: Put sesame oil, garlic, and ginger in a medium-low to a small pot. Cook for about 2 minutes until fragrant. Add in the remaining ingredients for the peanut sauce and shake together until uniform. Let the mixture simmer and then remove from the heat and set aside.
Next add in the cabbage, mushrooms, carrots, bell peppers, and broccoli. Cook for an additional 4 minutes. Once the vegetables are cooked, add the spinach, peanut sauce, and cooked noodles. Until everything is well combined and cooked for another 1-2 minutes.
Do not stock junk food
To avoid temptation, don’t keep junk food – such as chocolate, biscuits, creeps, and sweet Fiji drinks – at home. Instead, choose healthy snacks such as fruit, unsalted rice cakes, oatcakes, unsalted or unsalted popcorn, and fruit juices.
